Complete and Partial Dentures
Removable partial and complete dentures are for partial and completely edentulous dental patients who desire to have teeth replaced for functional and esthetic means. It consist of a plate fabricated either from acrylic (plastic) or metal base (cast partial) with the missing teeth embedded onto it. Such dentures are worn only during the daytime and removed during sleep. It does not require professional help for removal and reinsertion. Such dentures are advised for patients for whom a fixed prosthesis is contraindicated due to many reasons.
